• Type of Services. We sell soap products including solid bar soaps and liquid soaps.

• Contracting Parties. These services are available to both individual customers and business clients.

• Scope of Services. We offer both retail and wholesale sales of our products.

• Payment and Order Processing. The customer pays for the product during the checkout process on the website. Once payment is confirmed we ship the product within 2 business days.

• Cancellations and Returns.

  • Customers can cancel an order within 2 business days from the time the order was placed.

  • Returns are possible for unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving the order.

• Limitation of Liability. We are not responsible for delivery delays because we cannot influence the exact arrival time. We ensure that all our products are of the highest quality.
