How our natural soap is made

Step 1

Carefully selected ingredients

We believe that truly natural soap starts with truly exceptional ingredients. Our recipe uses only three main components all carefully selected.

  • Organic olive oil from Greece
  • Crystal clear water from northern Sweden
  • Pure sodium hydroxide

Every ingredient is tested thoroughly for quality before it enters our mixing pot.

Step 2

Mix and boil

The magic starts here.

The magic begins when we slowly combine olive oil water and lye. The mixture is heated gently for several hours allowing the ingredients to blend perfectly.

During this time saponification occurs a beautiful transformation where the oils turn into soap and natural glycerin. This slow artisanal process ensures a soap that not only cleans but also provides deep hydration.

Step 3

Shaping the soap

Shaping the soap

  • When the mixture reaches the perfect consistency we pour it carefully into special molds.
  • The soap begins to solidify and gains the shape and smooth surface that defines every bar.
  • This step captures the character of the soap before it is ready to meet the world.

Step 4

Hand cutting

Once the soap has hardened we carefully remove it from the molds and cut every piece by hand with precision. This traditional method means no two soaps are exactly alike. Every piece becomes a small work of art shaped by human hands rather than machines.

Step 5

Drying and curing

Patience is the secret ingredient in our soap making process. We place the freshly cut soaps on wooden racks in a cool and dry environment where they cure for at least six months.

During this time excess moisture evaporates the soap hardens and its mild skin friendly properties fully develop. The result is a long lasting soap with a rich creamy lather.

Step 6

Packaging and delivery

When every piece of soap has reached perfection we pack it carefully in eco friendly packaging to protect its freshness. Then it is sent directly to you pure natural and made with true care. Every package is a small piece of our workshop carrying the time patience and love put into its creation.
